Lemon And Wine Fish

- 2 lemons,divided shopping list
- 6 halibut steaks or tilapia fillers (about 1-1/2 lbs) shopping list
- 2 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 2 Tbs white wine shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic,peeled and minced shopping list
- 1/4 c chopped scallions shopping list
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Heat grill. Cut six 10" squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Zest juice of 1 lemon;trim and slice remaining lemon. In med. bowl,whisk together olive oil,3 Tbs lemon juice,2 tsp lemon zest,white wine and garlic until blended. Stir in chopped scallions and parsley.
- Season tilapia or halibut with salt and ground black pepper'if desired. Place 1 piece of fish in center of each foil square.
- Pour lemon-oil mixture evenly over fish. Top with lemon slices. Fold foil over fish and press to seal edges tightly. Grill 8 mins or till fish flakes with fork. Garnish with fresh parsley,if desired.
