make a yummy healthy milkshape/smoothie in just minuts!
Ingredients
- milk shopping list
- mixed frozen berries (your favorites) shopping list
- vanilla ice cream shopping list
- honey (optinal) shopping list
How to make it
- put 3 roughly mesured table spoons of vanilla ice cream into a blender
- 1 cup or mixed frozen berries on top of the ice cream
- pour 1 cup of milk into the blender
- then 1 tsp of honey on top (honey is optinal)
- mix for approx 5 mins or untill smooth.
- serve. enjoy!
