Crunchy Topped Spice Cake

- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1 can (15ounce) solid-pack pumpkin shopping list
- 1 package spice cake mix shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped walnuts, divided shopping list
- 1 cup butterscotch chips shopping list
- Canned buttercream frosting (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.F
- In a large mixing bowl,combine,eggs butter or margarine and pumpkin mix until smooth.
- Add cake mix; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Stir in 3/4 cup of the walnuts
- Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan
- Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and remaining walnuts
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack
- Melt about 1/2 cup frosting in microwave, and drizzle on top of cake
