Sesame Dijon Salmon

- 1 salmon filet shopping list
- 4 toes of garlic shopping list
- table spn butter shopping list
- tbl spn olive oil shopping list
- half cup Dijon mustard shopping list
- tbl spoon brown sugar shopping list
- a few drips to taste of sesame oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds shopping list
- 2 lemmons shopping list
- 1 big onion (vidalia if possible) shopping list
How to make it
- Sautee finely chopped garlic in butter and olive oil (50/50)
- Coat filet in garlic butter/oil
- mix up mustard and sugar with a few drips of sesame oil.. (Careful! Sesame oil is strong!!)
- Cut lemmon rounds and onion rounds and cover bottom of casserole dish.
- Place filet on bed of lemmons and onions and coat top with mustard mix.
- Bake for 20 -25 min at 400
- brown sesame seeds in pan and add to top of salmon at end!
- Is great hot or cold on a salad as well!!
