Chicken And Ricotta Cannelloni

- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves shopping list
- 400 g chicken mince shopping list
- 300 g low fat ricotta cheese shopping list
- pinch of nutmeg shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 700 g bottle of italian tomato sauce ( or pasta sauce ) shopping list
- 1/2 c grated cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion & garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add mince until it is cooked.
- Transfer to a bowl & cool. Add ricotta, nutmeg, and salt & pepper. Mix well. Place mix into tubes.
- Spread half sauce over base of a dish. Add Cannelloni.
- Spoon over remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 35 minutes at 180 degrees ( 160 forced fan oven ).
- Serve with a salad.
