- 4 New York strip steaks shopping list
- 2 Large Zip lock Baggies shopping list
- 1clove garlic shopping list
- 1/2 tps salt shopping list
- 2 tps pepper shopping list
- 3 tbs Celontro shopping list
- 2 tbs oilve oil shopping list
- 1 plam full of paperkia shopping list
- 1 cup REAL mapel syurp shopping list
- 4 tbs garlic butter shopping list
- 2 pinches onion powder shopping list
- 4 tbs prepared mustard (any kind you like will do !) shopping list
- 6 tbs Warcestershier sauce shopping list
- 2 tps of soya sauce shopping list
How to make it
- In Each of the zip lock baggs add the steaks and ingerdents
- **EXCEPT THE GARLIC BUTER AND BLUE CHEESE**
- For instance in 1 of the ziploc baggs
- add half of the ingredents
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 tps pepper
- 1 1/2 celontro
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 plam full of paperkia
- 1/2 cup mampel syurp
- 1 pinch onion powder
- 2 tbs mustard
- 3 tbs Warcestershier sauce
- 1 tps soya sauce
- LET THE STEAKS SIT FOR AT LEAST 4 HRS TO HAVE THE MEAT BROKEN DOWN BY THE SALT AND MAPEL SYURP
- When BBQ'ing should know how long to cook your steak on your grill...
- Every grill is different but there is some easy to use guli line
- For instance depending on how you like your steak is how long you cook it... the skin between your index finger and thumb is a geat tool to use if unsure
- when you gently pinch you flesh using your right hand ... the father back you go the the more "done" it is
- Also making your steak look preety simple (grill marks like in a resturant)
- Make sure your BBQ is pumping the heat like about 400
- lay your steak on a angel \
- in 3.5 min gently lift your steak and angel it another way /
- You will achive the criss cross look
- Also important tip of any BBQ if your meat sticks to the grill its not ready to be moved ... your meat will let go when ready
- WHEN STEAKS ARE DONE
- DOLLOP OF GARLIC BUTTER ON THE MIDDEL OF STEAK AND SPINKEL BLUE CHEESE CRUMBLES ALL OVER
