Cajun Corn Soup

- 1/2 lb. of ground beef shopping list
- 2 c. of fresh corn kernels shopping list
- 1/2 chopped onion shopping list
- 4 cloves of minced garlic shopping list
- 4 c. of water shopping list
- 1 1/3 (6 oz.) cans of tomato paste shopping list
- 1 tsp. of salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. of ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. of ground cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 chopped green bell pepper shopping list
- 1 chopped red bell pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Take a large pot over medium falme and add in the water, tomato paste, salt, pepper, cayenne, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and the corn.
- Let this come to abboil then reduce to low for approx. 35 min.
- Now in a big pan, saute onion and garlic approx. 3-5 min.
- In the same pan, cook up the beef approx. 10 min.
- When beef is done, add to soup and cook approx. 10 more min.
