I usually make vinaigrettes for my salads, but every once in a while I like to make this for a change. It's tangy and sweet at the same time, nice on a tossed salad with lots of tomatoes.

- 1 tsp. garlic powder

- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dashes hot/honey/soy sauce to taste
- Salt and white pepper

How to make it

Whisk all ingredients, taste for seasoning and adjust, if necessary. Chill until ready to serve.
