Banana Bread Waffles

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 pinch of Freshly Grated nutmeg shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 sticks butter, melted shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla shopping list
- 3 Ripe bananas, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl whisk first 7 ingredients together.
- In a small bowl mix eggs, butter, buttermilk and vanilla. Add in bananas
- Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir.
- Fold in the pecans.
- Pour into waffle maker, makes about 15 4 in. waffles
