Easy grilled chicken with a Chimichurri sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- cumin shopping list
- salt pepper shopping list
- 1 avocado,diced shopping list
- Chimichurri Sauce: shopping list
- 2 c finely chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1Tbs minced garlic shopping list
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2/3 c olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Rub chicken with oil,cumin,salt and pepper Grill 6 mins a sde or till no longer pink.
- Make chimichurri sauce by mixing cilantro,garlic,red wine vinegar and olive oil.
- Top chicken with sauce and diced avocado
