Feta Cheese Lasagna

- 1 box lasagna noodles cooked shopping list
- 1/2 pound butter shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1 pound feta cheese shopping list
- 1/2 bunch dill shopping list
- 1 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 9 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 9 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 3 cups whole milk shopping list
- 4 medium eggs shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Slice feta cheese and soak in cold water for 1 hour to take salt out then crumble with fork.
- Mix with chopped parsley leaves and black pepper then add 3 eggs and stir well.
- Melt butter and add flour stirring with a wooden spoon.
- When bubble starts add warm milk while stirring being careful not to have lumps.
- On a low heat simmer to make a thick sauce then add salt and pepper.
- Add eggs one by one stirring well after each egg.
- Add parmesan and stir well.
- Grease lasagna pan with butter.
- Put one layer of cooked lasagna then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
- Pour 1/2 tablespoon of sauce on 6 or 7 places.
- Repeat until you use half of the lasagna noodles.
- Spread filling evenly.
- Finish with the rest of the lasagna the same way.
- Cover the top with the remaining sauce.
- Bake at 350 for one hour.
- Let stand 15 minutes and serve warm.
