Tofu veggie and almond stir fry

- 1/2 block of firm tofu ( can substitute chicken) cubed shopping list
- 2 tbsp almonds shopping list
- 1 large onion ( sliced) shopping list
- 1-2 carrots ( sliced) shopping list
- frozen green beans shopping list
- frozen peas shopping list
- 2 cloves chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger shopping list
- 1 tbsp Chilli powder ( suit to taste) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- soy sauce shopping list
- cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- Heat skillet medium heat and thaw frozen green beans and peas for a couple minutes.take out into bowl
- add oil to pan add fry cubed tofu until fried on all sides...take out into bowl
- add more oil if needed...fry carrots...2 minutes
- add onions....once slightly golden
- add slivered almonds
- add ginger
- add garlic
- add green beans and tofu
- add chilli powder
- add 2 eggs and stir into mix
- add soy sauce to suit taste
