Chilled Raspberry Cream Pie

- 1 c heavy cream shopping list
- 1/8 tsp almond extract shopping list
- 3/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 1 10oz pkg frozen raspberries shopping list
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 9" pie crust,baked and cooled shopping list
How to make it
- Using electric mixer or whisk,beat cream and almond extract until stiff peaks form.
- In saucepan,over med heat,bring sugar,gelatin and 1/2 c water to a simmer and stir till sugar and gelatin dissolve. Remove from heat,add berries,and lemon juice and stir till mixture begins to thicken.
- Fold whipped cream into berry mixture and spread in pie crust. Refrigerate till set,a few hours or overnight.
