Anchovy Buttered Chuck Steak

ANCHOVY BUTTERED CHUCK STEAK This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Trait Estate in Spring, Texas.
Ingredients
- 2 chuck steaks 1" thick shopping list
- Unseasoned meat tenderizer shopping list
- 1/2 cup soft butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cans anchovies minced shopping list
- Minced parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Combine butter, lemon juice, anchovies and parsley and blend well then chill.
- Tenderize steak then grill over hot coals until done to your taste.
- Spread with anchovy butter and cut into serving slices.
