Lemon Delight

- 1C flour shopping list
- 1/2C butter shopping list
- 1/2C chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip, plus shopping list
- 1C Cool Whip, divided shopping list
- 1C powdered sugar shopping list
- 1(8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 (3 3/4 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding shopping list
- 1T lemon juice shopping list
- 3C milk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour, butter, and pecans.
- Pat into a 13 X 9 inch baking dish and bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees; cool.
- Beat 1 cup cool whip, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until fluffly.
- Spread evenly on nut crust.
- Stir together pudding mix, lemon juice and milk; when thickened, spread over the second layer.
- Spread remaining container of cool whip evenly over top.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Could sprinkle walnuts on top before serving.
