light Peanutbutter Cookies

light version of cookie
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup flour shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar or{diabetic Brown sugar} shopping list
- 1/3 cup Splenda sweetner or 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup I cant believe its not butter {original vegetable oil spread shopping list
- 2/3 cup reduce fat chunky peanut butter shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 2 tbs. chopped peanuts shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven 350
- line baking sheets with foil coat with cookiing spray combined
- flour soda salt Reserve
- on medium speed beat brown sugar sweetener and vegtable oil spread untill cramy 1-2 minutes, beat in peanut butter and egg whites untill smooth on low speed beat flour mixture untill jusdt combined
- roll dough into 24 balls place 3 inches apart on pans using forks flatten each ball to 1/2 inch thickness press few peanuts into each center of cookie bake 9-11 minutes or till edges are set and light brown cool 5 minutes transfer from pans to racks cool completely
