Poulet au Gratin

- 2TB. olive oil shopping list
- 6 pcs. chicken thighs-- skin removed if desired shopping list
- 2 onions chopped shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup chicken stock shopping list
- 1 can cream mushroom soup shopping list
- 3/4 cup of apple juice shopping list
- 1 can of mushrooms, drained shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- put oil in skillet
- place chicn pcs. in cold olive oil
- brown chicken until almost done
- take out pcs. of chick.
- in same pan brown onion and garlic. don't burn garlic!!
- then add chicken stock and chicken pcs. amd simmer 15 mins..
- put all in a casserole dish
- pour soup over chicken, then juice
- add the can of mushrooms and sprinkle the cheese over the top
- bake until chicken is tender , about an hour..
