- 8 cups skinned, chopped tomatoes shopping list
- 2 cups chopped onons shopping list
- 1/4 cup pickling salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup vinegar shopping list
- 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 14 oz can tomatoe paste shopping list
- 1 cup green pepper shopping list
- 1 cup red pepper shopping list
How to make it
- To skin tomatoes add boiling water into pot and let boil till skins peel off. Peel and continue with the recipe.
- Soak tomatoes and onions in pickling salt. Drain and put into a large pot. And remaining ingredients; cook until thickened. Spoon into hot jars and seal with hot lids. Cover with a towel until cooled.
