How to make it

  • Finely chop mushrooms, onion and sauté them with olive oil.
  • Then add the tomato, parsley, garlic and salt and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Boil the pasta in some salted water for 10 minutes and strain.
  • Spread half into a Pyrex glass and sprinkle on top the sauce with the mushrooms and half of the grated cheese.
  • Continue with the remaining macaroni, cover with the sauce and finally, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Enjoy!!!
