Greek pastichio with mushrooms

- 2 packages mushrooms (about 1 pound) shopping list
- 1 can chopped tomatoes shopping list
- 1 / 2 bunch parsley shopping list
- 100g. olive oil shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cups hard cheese (grated) shopping list
- 4 cups bechamel shopping list
How to make it
- Finely chop mushrooms, onion and sauté them with olive oil.
- Then add the tomato, parsley, garlic and salt and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Boil the pasta in some salted water for 10 minutes and strain.
- Spread half into a Pyrex glass and sprinkle on top the sauce with the mushrooms and half of the grated cheese.
- Continue with the remaining macaroni, cover with the sauce and finally, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
- Enjoy!!!
