Chop Suey

- 1 chicken breast shopping list
- 300 grams snow peas shopping list
- 1 carrot (big) shopping list
- 14 baby corns shopping list
- 18 quail eggs shopping list
- 2 small cake of tofu shopping list
- 2 Tbsp Minced garlic shopping list
- 2 Tsp light soy sauce shopping list
- 2 onions shopping list
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 2 Tsp cornstarch shopping list
- 2 Tsp sugar shopping list
- 2 Tsp sesame seed oil shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the quail eggs for 5 mins.Then cover for 10 mins.
- Then run the eggs in cold water for easy peeling.
- Cut the carrots slightly thin.Design if possible.
- Cut tofu in small cubes then fry until golden brown.Set aside.
- Cut the chicken in small pieces(about the size of tofu).
- Fry the chicken until slightly brown.Set Aside.
- Mix the water,cornstarch,oyster sauce,sugar and soy sauce. Set Aside.
- In a nonstick pan,pour sesame seed oil.
- Saute garlic,onion,baby corn,carrots.
- Add snow peas,chicken,tofu and quail eggs.
- Pour in the cornstarch mixture.
- Stir until sauce thickens.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
