How to make it

  • Heat the broth, black pepper, celery and 1/2 the onion in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  • Meanwhile brown the sausage in a fly pan with the other half of the onion.
  • Mix the stuffing cubes, liquid mixture and sausage all together.
  • Put into lightly greased baking dish. Add some chicken broth.
  • Bake at 350 degrees until browned.
