Sausage Stuffing

- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth shopping list
- Generous dash ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup) shopping list
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 4 cups Herb seasoned Stuffing shopping list
- 1 LB sausage shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the broth, black pepper, celery and 1/2 the onion in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Meanwhile brown the sausage in a fly pan with the other half of the onion.
- Mix the stuffing cubes, liquid mixture and sausage all together.
- Put into lightly greased baking dish. Add some chicken broth.
- Bake at 350 degrees until browned.
