- 1 Package biscuits shopping list
- 1 Lb. sea scallops shopping list
- 1 Lb. shrimp shopping list
- 2 Sticks butter shopping list
- 1 Cup milk shopping list
- 1 Lb. crab Meat shopping list
- ¼ Cup white wine shopping list
- 1 Cup Shredded cheese shopping list
- 2 4 Oz. Jars pimento shopping list
- 4 Cups Half-N-Half shopping list
- 1 Lb. mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 1 Cup flour shopping list
- 1 Tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/8 Tsp. pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a 4 quart saucepan melt butter. Cook mushrooms until tender. Drain and remove mushrooms.
- In same saucepan melt 1 stick butter. Stir in Four, Salt, and Pepper. Cook for 1 Minute.
- Gradually stir in half-n-half and milk until mixture is smooth. Add scallops, shrimp, crab, wine, and mushrooms. Cook until fish flakes easy.
- Stir in cheese, and pimento. Cook until cheese is melted.
- Serve over biscuits
