Sweet Sour Meat Balls

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup apricot jam shopping list
- 1 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 onion, shredded shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- hot pepper sauce, to taste shopping list
- 4 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion, minced shopping list
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp dried basil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried sage shopping list
- 2 cups flavored bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all sauce (first 8 items) ingredients and stir well.
- In a large bowl, combine all meatball (rest of items) ingredients. Form 2 inch balls.
- Place them in a 9 x 13 baking dish and cover with sauce.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
