White Chocolate Cherry Black Bottom Cheesecake

- Use chocolate crust - see crust post. shopping list
- 3/4 cups mini chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups maraschino cherries, halved shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs. Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 8 oz. white chocolate, melted & cooled shopping list
- 1 Tbsp melted butter shopping list
- 1 tea. clear vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare crust, layer mini-chips in crust.
- Layer cherries evenly over chocolate chips.
- Place in fridge overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350^.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Fold on white chocolate and butter.
- Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour over cherries.
- Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes, or until sides are firm.
- Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
