- 1 CUP FINELY CRUSHED vanilla wafers (ABOUT 22) shopping list
- 1 CUP sugar shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS cocoa shopping list
- 1 CUP GRATED pecans shopping list
- 1-1/2 TABLESPOONS white corn syrup shopping list
- 2 OUNCES(1/4 CUP) KENTUCKY bourbon whiskey shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- ROLL VANILLA WAFERS FINE, MIX WITH SUGAR, COCOA, AND GRATED PECANS.
- DISSOLVE SYRUP IN BOURBON AND ADD TO WAFER MIX.
- BLEND WELL AND FORM INTO SMALL (1" DIAMETER) BALLS.
- ROLL IN POWDERED SUGAR.
- STORE IN SEALED CONTAINER.
- BEST IF AGED FOR 48 HOURS.
- NOTE !! GO EASY ON THE SYRUP !!
