chicken corn soup

- 2 14 oz. cans cream corn shopping list
- 1/2 -1 lb. boneless,skinless chicken breasts, cut up shopping list
- 1 can 14 oz. green beans,drained shopping list
- 1 12 oz.can whole corn, drained shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- some garlic finely chopped shopping list
- chicken stock shopping list
- chopped up Italian parsley-1/4 cup shopping list
- about 1/2 tsp. thyme shopping list
- 1/ tsp. summer savoury shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- butter or margarine shopping list
- 3 potatoes chopped shopping list
How to make it
- in a heated pot melt marganine or butter,1- 2 tbs.
- season chicken with salt and pepper
- cook until slightly brown
- add parsley ,onion ,garlic, savoury and thyme ,salt and freshly ground pepper to your taste
- add potatoes stir well to coat everything
- put in enough stock to cover potatoes,3 or more cups.
- boil then turn heat down and simmer slowly until potatoes are soft.
- add all corn and green beans ,more chicken broth if you want.
- heat.
