Chicken Mignon With Fried Egg On Toast

- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast cut up into tenders shopping list
- 1 Pound bacon shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 5 Pieces whole wheat bread shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- olive oil or canola oil shopping list
- butter shopping list
How to make it
- Cut Chicken Breast into strips about 1 inch thick and 1 inch long.
- Wrap each piece of chicken with two pieces of bacon. Place bacon wrapped chicken onto flat pan and place in oven at 375 for 30 minutes.
- When 30 minutes are up place pan on top rack and broil for 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile heat olive oil on frying pan with olive oil and fry eggs adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast bead, butter and place egg on top.
- Remove chicken from pan, add three pieces per serving to plate with egg on toast and enjoy.
