How to make it

  • mix all the salsa verde ingredients together
  • season sardines with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt
  • heat grill to high. place sardines and grill each on both sides
  • for about 1 minute or feel firm when touched. sardines should
  • be easily pulled away from the grill. place grilled sardines on a serving platter. spoon the salsa on top of the sardiens.
  • some cherry tomatoes halves with arugula,vinaigrette dressing
  • crusty bread and some crispy white wine
