Pineapple Pepper and Sea Scallop Saute

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 pound scallops shopping list
- 1 cup bell pepper strips shopping list
- 1 cup unsweetened pineapple chunks shopping list
- 1/2 cup canned bamboo shoots drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup commercial sweet and sour sauce shopping list
- Hot cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a wok or nonstick skillet then add bell pepper and sauté 5 minutes.
- Add scallops and cook 5 minutes.
- Add pineapple, bamboo shoots and sauce then cook 5 minutes and stir over rice.
