Nest Connect already connected error.

Trying to add lock, says nest connect is already connected.  Does not show up in APP, so I cannot delete it and start over.  Tried a factory reset of the nest connect, did not work.

Thank you for posting here in the community. I'm sorry that your Nest Connect doesn't pair. I understand how frustrating it is when you already connect your Nest Yale x Lock but it still doesn't work with your Nest Connect. Help's here.
