Description:

The Google Workspace Admin Console displayed 0 customer-level storage usage for 1 day, 18 hours, and 9 minutes. This issue only affected Workspace customer admins viewing the Storage page in the Admin Console. From preliminary analysis, the root cause of the issue was a failure in a background process that populates storage usage data.

During this time, admins would have been able to view the correct storage usage in Drive.

Customer Impact:

Workspace customer admins would have observed 0 customer-level storage data in the Admin Console.
