Oct 2, 2023 9:48 PM UTC The problem with Google Workspace Support has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

During the incident , workspace customers were unable to create support cases from admin.google.com

Oct 2, 2023 9:47 PM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Workspace Support affecting a significant subset of users. We will provide an update by Oct 2, 2023, 10:10 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change.
  • Workspace customers who create cases from admin.google.com cannot create cases
  • Customers creating cases from Customer Care Portal are not affected.
