Dec 12, 2023	6:09 AM UTC	The issue with Google Chat has been resolved for all affected users as of Monday, 2023-12-11 22:05 US/Pacific. We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue.
Dec 12, 2023	1:29 AM UTC	Summary: Some Google Chat spaces are not loading when attempting to access the Chat space. Description: Our engineering team continues to work on mitigating the impact. The mitigation is expected to complete by Monday, 2023-12-11 21:30 US/Pacific. We will provide more information by Monday, 2023-12-11 23:30 US/Pacific. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Diagnosis: The impacted customers will encounter "Failed to Load Chat" error message while accessing Google Chat space. Workaround: None at this time.
Dec 11, 2023	9:36 PM UTC	Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team. The mitigation is expected to complete by Monday, 2023-12-11 18:00 US/Pacific. We will provide more information by Monday, 2023-12-11 18:15 US/Pacific. Customer Symptoms : Customers may observe issues with "Failed to Load Chat" toasts and UI loading issues with Google Chat. Workaround : None at this time.
Dec 11, 2023	8:59 PM UTC	We are experiencing an issue with Google Chat beginning at Friday, 2023-12-08. Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue and working on multiple mitigation strategies at the highest priority. We apologize for the service interruption. Customers may observe issues with "Failed to Load Chat" toasts and UI loading issues with Google Chat. We will provide an update by Monday, 2023-12-11 14:00 US/Pacific with current details. Workaround : None at this time.
