Love the idea and game play but it takes so long to upgrade and get new characters that it gets really boring. You have to play with the same characters for months before advancing much. I got bored and quit playing, came back to the game just to realize why I quit in the first place. I've been playing for about 4 days now after coming back. I haven't gotten one new character and the match making for pvp is terrible.

I really love this game!!! But the arena is stuck on the lvl 13 in chapter 5. I've been replaying and winning the same lvl the last 2 months. Also the gifts now are ONLY for epic cards, while I got some legendary cards pretty while ago. Plus, on the premium pass gifts, it keeps giving the same and the same, no matter the progress. I can understand that you need to push players to buy, but this is annoying. I don't know for how long will I be playing this game for NO progress at all...

Extremely Unbalanced. Dont bother without 5 star legendary units. 60% of the time, I play against people that significantly exceed me in trophies and strength, the other 40% its swapped. The developers say they are working on it and matches are only based on trophies, and it depends on how long the search takes, but thats misleading because i get matches under 10 seconds in these catagories. They just want their play to win money. They desperately need to work on their algorithms. Deleting.
