Not as good after multiple changes. They've removed the ability to set your own daily reminder and instead just give notifications at 7:30am and pm, which is probably too late for most people in both cases. There's no ability to go back and do a workout you may have missed, and you're now forced to pick a "plan" which locks you in to certain workouts on certain days with no ability to customize. It's very easy to miss all the strength exercises on the strength plan if you happen to get busy.

Great app. However, it is frustrating that I can not edit the fasting start and stop times. It makes sno sense that only the start and stop dates are editable, while times aren't. Sometimes, I start my fast without remembering to start on the app. When I remember, I am forced to start at the current time, which is misleading information. In addition,it would be helpful to have notifications that pop for the start and stop of fasts.

Thank you for your feedback! To change your eating window, go to the 'Fasting' tab and click on your current window. Then, select another fasting plan by clicking the pencil icon. Adjust your eating window time using the - and + buttons. Finally, click 'Save' to confirm your changes. Happy fasting 🙌

Great app, but it's missing a few key features... first off, it doesn't have an offline mode. It also doesn't have "Health Connect". So, sometimes I find that the step counter is off (like today where I've done over 1000 steps, but the app only shows a couple 100). Health Connect would let the app pull the steps data from other fitness apps, like Samsung Health (the default on my phone). Also, the "Fasting" feature should have a reminder incase you forget to start or finish your fast session.
