This is an official app provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation exclusively for corporate customers. You can use some functions of Web21 and the additional authentication function (one-time password app) used in Web21 etc.

■Service content
◇Web21
1. Transaction account inquiry (balance inquiry, deposit/withdrawal details inquiry, transfer payment details inquiry)
・Eligible account subjects are ordinary, checking, savings, notification, savings, and term.
- It is not possible to display forms or download files.
・The inquiry period varies depending on the Web21 contract type.

2. Transfer/transfer
・Eligible account categories are ordinary, current, and savings.
・The maximum transfer amount per transaction is 3,000,000 yen.
- Transfer fees are the same as Web21 (using a computer).
- A one-time password (app or card) is required when making a transfer.
-Results cannot be viewed.

◇One-time password app
・This is an app-based authentication method among the additional authentication methods used in Web21, etc.
・In addition to the function to generate a 6-digit one-time password like the card type, when making a transfer using Web21, there is a function to confirm that the contents have not been tampered with before executing the transfer.

■Usage target
◇Web21
・Available to customers who subscribe to Web21 , , , or type.
・ValueDoorID can only be used for password authentication.

◇One-time password app
・Customers who have selected "One-time Password App" for ValueDoor's additional authentication (can be selected for each ValueDoor ID)
*The one-time password app cannot be used with an ID that is using a one-time password card. If you wish to use the one-time password app, please apply online or go to a store to switch from your card to the app.


■Usage environment for this app
- Recommended devices are smartphones running Android 6.0 to 14.X. Tablet devices are not eligible.
・If you root your smartphone even once, this application may not start or work properly.
- If your smartphone's USB debugging is set to on, the app will not start, so please turn off USB debugging.
・Depending on the smartphone you are using, there may be restrictions on some transactions or screen display.
- The available environment may change without notice, so please check the ValueDoor website (About ValueDoor > Usage Environment) for the latest usage environment.

■How to use
・Please download the Web21 smartphone app and log in with your user ID for password authentication.
・Customers who subscribe to services other than Web21 must log in from their computer with an administrative ID and grant the specified authority to the user ID.
・For the initial settings of the one-time password app, you will need the "Two-dimensional code notification for one-time password app settings" which will be mailed separately, so please complete the initial settings with this app after receiving it.
　
■Note
・The initial cost and monthly fee for this app are free. However, transfer fees and smartphone communication charges are required separately.
- You can save the ValueDoorID used to log into this app within the Web21 smartphone app (partially displayed as "***"), but please manage it carefully, such as not storing the password on the same device. If you forget your password, please contact your store.
・Please strictly manage your smartphone and one-time password card.
- Although it is possible to install this application on multiple smartphones, it is not possible to log in at the same time with one user ID.
・Even if you uninstall this app, your data will not be deleted.
