User friendly and has a very useful feature inside it that allows you to calculate the initial cost. But if only the app's map could show rooms by their rent money or something. It's very difficult to differentiate rooms when they're too close to each other. They both use the same symbol so it gets confusing sometimes.

Can we get a button for English translation? I am an American Realtor. I have clients interested in purchasing property in Japan. I would love to sell your 10 million akiyas to America & Europe. Are you interested in a business partnership to open your market up to barbarian money?

Great app but it lacks user friendliness, English option is a must have. Foreigners usually relying on apps for convenience to look for apartments like this one, I hope English option will release soon..
