--- I had high hopes for Sweatcoin, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The app promises to reward you for walking, but the reality falls short. Firstly, the step tracking is inconsistent and often inaccurate, missing many of my steps. Even when it does track steps correctly, the conversion rate to Sweatcoins is extremely low, making it nearly impossible to accumulate enough coins for anything worthwhile. Sweatcoin is a motivating app that incentivizes walking by converting steps into rewards. The concept is fantastic, and it encourages physical activity. However, the rewards can be limited, and it takes a long time to accumulate enough coins for meaningful rewards. The app's interface is user-friendly, but occasional bugs and syncing issues detract from the overall experience. Overall, a decent app for fitness motivation, but could use more rewarding options.

It's ok while it works. I haven't had a single step recorded since 23/2 (Thurs). I have the latest version of the app and the app has permission run in the background. Developers have been emailed. Edit (21 June 2024) app has stopped counting steps again, this time on my Samsung A52s 5G. All permissions are granted. It's been working up until today. As I'm not planning to update my phone, I guess I'll just go to a different app and uninstall this one.
