XCOM®: Enemy Within is a standalone expansion to the 2012 strategy game of the year XCOM®: Enemy Unknown and it's now available on GooglePlay devices! Enemy Within features the core gameplay of Enemy Unknown plus more exciting content. Check out the new soldiers, abilities, enemies, maps, missions, and multiplayer mode for the fresh new strategy gaming experience!
• New Soldier Abilities: Research a new alien technology to advance the capabilities of your operatives. New technology includes genetic modifications of soldiers and mechanized cybersuits.
• New Weapons and Equipment: Give your operatives an extra tactical edge with new projects from your engineering team and the Foundry.
• New Enemy Threats: Adopt new tactics to counter the threats from two new alien types and a deadly new organization known as EXALT.

(As of 2024) Playing on an android (Galaxy AO1) The game was absolutely great and I've spent over a day playing this game. I pulled an all nighter, it's only five bucks and with the amount that you get for it it's a must buy. Warning though, it does require massive amounts of space. It did have multiplayer support at one point, but something broke in the game and now it no longer has that. Overall great game, one more note you only get five save files at once, because of the sign in thing.

XCOM Enemy Within on its own stands the test of time. The graphics without the port is ps3 level. The graphics here are even worse to optimize on 2015 phones. It's still very fun and even if the controls are not fantastic. This is the perfect mobile game to waste time when you need to. With modern phones, it doesn't waste battery and isn't intensive anymore with modern ram. Please, please, please update this to run on the new OS android is pushing. It would be a shame to lose this. It WILL sell.

This version of XCOM is buggy for me. I cannot access the cloud on any device. I'd like to have a save file that I can access between devices through the cloud! Sometimes, the roof of a building blocks my view of inside the building regardless of camera position. Sometimes, the roof of a building disappears so that I cannot move a unit to it until the turn has ended. Thanks for putting out a mobile version and I will definitely fix this rating to five stars once I get these issues figured out!
