This is solely an app to show you have a ticket. It is NOT the app for the hop on hop off bus in Barcelona. There is no app for the bus. You have no idea if you're close to a bus stop or when the next bus comes. I love to take hop on hop off busses but this was by far my worst experience mostly due to that there is no app. Even once youre on the bus you don't know what stops are coming up. Do NOT do the Barcelona Bus Turistic

It's a pity that there is no option for a negative rating. I have had the terrible misfortune of making a booking using their site , see them mess up my booking, and chasing their terrible customer service multiple times without getting a response. Perfect way to ruin a holiday!

Do not use this app. Consider other options out there. The app didnt work in one of the attractions and we ended up paying extra 30 Euros as there was no way to contact them so the issue can be resolved immediately as we did not have time to wait. So much hassle. Emailed them already and they said they cant reimburse the amount we paid when the app was not working. If you dont want to get ripped off, dont use this app!
