Really sucky platform! STAY AWAY!! HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST. They scam you with cheap flights and say that they will protect your flight transfers, not leaving you stranded at the airport. It was the exact opposite. My flight was cancelled without notifying me, and missed my connecting flight as a result. Tried to reach out but was told to wait for a reply within 2 days when I am stranded at the airport waiting to go home. Customer service also sux, no continuity in case handling and follow ups...

What happened with the app? It was always perfect and now it is working absolutely horrible. Too much mistakes and search is not saved, instead, the last place where you looked for tickets is displayed, although several countries were entered in the search. I can chose now only 3 countries. The text in the app is jumping... Guys, please, make everything how it was before... it was perfect.

Stay away from this! My connecting flight for a trip booked w/ them was canceled. Called them to ask for assistance. The two options they gave me were either purchasing a new ticket for a connecting fight,which would cost more than half of what I paid for the whole return trip; or ask for the airline refund myself. When asked if they could help me themselves or through the airline with booking a replacement flight, their answer was: too bad you didn't purchase premium package, you're on your own

Your flight has been cancelled and since Disruption Protection was not selected during the booking process, free alternative flights are, unfortunately, not available. You can apply for a refund after your flight departs using the Refund Application Form in your Kiwi.com Manage My Booking.
