After FCA questions I had to tranfer assets to get my money as it stopped all trading and I lost quite abit of money. Wasted years with this company who couldn't even help and thats what i needed. I got offered the fca questions again and it opened my account but its to late. Damage done and nexo for me is joke. Now holding assets that I can afford to lose. Before this it was a good experience. Some crashing when going back to main page but it was OK. Shame it ended like this.

I really love Nexo and I've been using it for many years now. There is a huge problem though: the app is SOO slow and bloated! It's not possible users have to wait literally 60 seconds (!!) to see the result of the push of a button. This really must be tackled asap. I'm seriously thinking about dropping the app because of it. And the worst thing is that the webapp doesn't support cards, so this is the only way for me to use it!

After using it for a while.. for the crypto very good. Just few thing sometime the apps log me out, have to log in again then do the slide photo thing which is unresponsive until 5/6 times repeated.. Then verification also send to the email which when open email, the apps will ask for login again then all of this repeated again n again...... Arghhh
