Awesome game, unfortunately even leveling up and progressing you still will have an incredibly difficult time beating bosses. Mechanics, weapons, and the music is beautiful. But I really don't want arthritic hands from the pure insanity of reading several moves ahead. It's as if beating the bosses isn't really something you're supposed to do.

Great but needs to be updated. I understand not adding the underworld but the ability to upgrade your weapon enchanemts needs to be the game. Also there's a couple of bugs, eg level 37 helmate makes your head invisible and it can be unplayable offline as it needs me to download content when I log in sometimes. Everything is great though but would love to see the polish the free game got as this cost money.

SF2 is one of the best mobile games ever made. That said, I'm kinda disappointed in this special edition. Eclipse is removed, and so is the ability to enchant weapons. Sensei's story is way too short as a mode, and not that challenging. Last but not least, the game is not properly balanced around your access to more currency, in that the player's usually way overpowered. So 4 stars because it's still SF2, and it's nice not to have to deal with ads etc. but i really think it could've been better.
