Never trust them. They will delete your baby's photos! Every single day in the first year of my daughter's life was documented on this app. It was a free app till suddenly they requested high fees (higher than other similar online storage) and asked me to keep the account active to avoid deletion which I did. They said they will send me a link to download her pictures, they never did and suddenly they deleted EVERYTHING and now my baby's pictures cant be restored!

Hi, since the establishment of Time House, we have invested all our energy in product development and storage equipment. Each baby has a certain amount of free storage space. After exceeding the limit, you can choose to purchase VIP upgrades for unlimited storage. If you do not need VIP service You can also download photos to your phone.

Been a member for 8 yrs now. No ads, easy to manage for multiple kids, can move or copy images to other profiles, can change dates on edited images to get them to the correct date. When, scrubbing back in time, there is a delay to load (tho much faster than Google photos does). Navigation is quick and easy. When downloading images, the filename includes the date! The only neg was the notification setting. It, at least used to, default to on. My mom liked every image. It spammed everyone.

I've been a paying client since the start. I chose this app when my daughter was born BECAUSE I could download a local full resolution copy of all the data uploaded to the app (pictures AND captions). It came as a static webpage + folders with all my pictures sorted and dated. It was fantastic. HOWEVER, without warning, this feature was removed and now I have to NO WAY to download my full data apart from clicking in each photo and downloading - VERY TEDIOUS and doesn't include the captions. Without this feature, I've stopped using the app because I don't want my data trapped in their servers without being able to have a copy myself.
