The cost of this app has skyrocketed. I used to pay £59.99 a month, to advertise jobs and chat to potential candidates. It's now £36 a week, or, for an amazing discount, £100 a month. Past experience has shown me that 9/10 people that apply, don't even show up.

We receive 200-400 applicants per week for jobs we have advertised and from these 1% are suitable enough for an interview. I think it's way too easy for applicants to apply for jobs, leaving the employers needing to waste time filtering though them. Our biggest issue is the majority of applicants live too far away to make a 6:45am start. Would be ideal to be able to filter appllicants by location/sort them by distance from our business and to see all applicants precise locations.

It's a massive red flag if the job sends me to a 3rd party website to submit an application. I just tried it and someone tried to access my email. Don't accept employers who are allowing that. It's a massive security risk to anyone seeking a job. Not even Indeed is crazy enough to allow that. Please be thoughtful about invasion of privacy before accepting employers that should be simple 101. And the horrid reply from their automated bot proves my point 👉
