New UI is confusing. Please just roll back the previous UI, return the order section for easier order tracking and driver chat. Now, to access GoMart, I need to swipe up on the floating nav bar that only appears when we are at the top page, that's just plain stupid. Who thought it was a good idea? I'm a UI/UX designer myself and this app has a really terrible user experience after the upgrade. Give us the old Gojek, the best one.

Error me once, I'll forgive you Error me twice, I'm starting to see a pattern Error me three times, I'm about to file a complain. So yeah, that's what I'm about to do. Three times has my driver error-ed and didn't moved and made me cancel to find another one. This third time however? I can't even cancel it which cost me some money. While it has been a great app for transportation since 2019, please fix these bugs. Don't make me hate this app.

This company is the worst .. thieves and fraudsters. From my experience with them, I faced two main issues:First, when ordering a car, the driver asks for an additional amount over the price listed in the app. when you order from a restaurant through their app, they mark the order as delivered even though it was not delivered at all, and the amount is deducted from your credit card (don't use the credit card).When you file a complaint, you do not get any response.
