Not worth it. They delivered a portion of the items, half of it wasn't available at the store (wasn't charged but you only find out later) and half of the ones they have it, they didn't deliver it (one bag missing). They reimbursed in credit that I can only use within the app for the items that weren't delivered. The result is that I had a fraction of the items I nedded, spent the same amount on delivery regardless, still had to go buy the items... Won't be using this app again for sure.

Recently Glovo employs this trick where they duplicate their exclusive restaurants in the app. The restaurant the food comes from is the same, but there's multiple entries for the same restaurant in the app, all with slightly different prices and product pictures. How can this be legal?? Additionally, these fail to keep their unavailable products updated, and don't immediately cancel the order when that happens. That's a hassle for their staff, the courier, and the person waiting for the food...

Very disappointed! I placed an order and made the payment through transfer (the account number you provided), but the order is not added on my profile. You even confirmed reception of my transfer. I tried to find your contact number to speak with you but all in vain. There's no way to communicate with you, no email, no phone number. What kind of business is this? ā¹ļø
