The app works horribly. A lot of the options you can't control them through here and you have to use a computer, plus and worst, the app can just say there is an unexciting error and erase all the things you did before publishing the ad. And this is not something that may happen once, it happened 4 times Some of the options it just choose the worst one for you and you can't change it once publish, so now, all the people that click on the link get send to Messenger app instead of Instagram

The app is ok, the only problem I've been having is anytime I try to set a start date, it is always telling me that I have to duplicate the ad set. I did that but there wasn't any change. Also, I can't upload any video or image. I went to my phone's settings to allow the app to have access to my phone's storage but the issue wasn't still resolved. Please address this issue on time

I boosted an event and the onlybleads I got were spam but I was still charged. I tried to stop the ads and could not. I am terribly disappointed in the meta, Facebook ad model. As a small business owner I can not afford ro spend the days report, chasing and deleting spam that wasn't there before I spent the money on the ad platform. so disappointed.
