App is great. But please just rethink the ux a little bit. Ex. If I see some text and a big button, I will assume the button is the cta for text. This happens on the very first screen where it says in small font open an account and a big login button below it. It took me 2 hours to figure out that the text itself is clickable. If you have two ctas make two big buttons. But other than such ux issues app works smoothly.

The new credit card statements are a bit confusing. It used to be quite simple with just one figure showing what I spent and I would clear that. Now there is spent, statement balance and payment since statement. It's a lot. The old version of the app was better and more user friendly for this. All other parts of the app are fine and user friendly.

It's one of the worst app I am using till now, for last 2 days ,I tried to login but everytime it's showing failure due to network connection. I don't know what happened. Previously it was working fine. I have not observed any issue. A part of that for the same thing, I tried to call customer care for the same problem, it's will accept the details and said that due to technical issues.we will transfer this call. Worst experience observed for last 2-3 days
