Driver never showed up and the customer service line was absolutely no help. Still awaiting a refund. Update: Welcome pickups never contacted me about this issue, nor did they provide a refund. I have records of proof showing the driver was 40 minutes late. Ride was reserved for 11am, driver showed up at 11:39am, and flagged me as a no-show, since I didn't wait around for 40 minutes. I attempted to contact the driver via the app, both messaging, and phone calls. No answers, no responses.

I have used Welcome Pickups in several major South American cities. My drivers have always spoken English, sent an introductory WhatsApp text before the ride, arrived early for the pickup, been very friendly and handled my luggage, and I never worried once about arriving on time for the airport or safely at my hotel. Welcome Pickups is the best!

I booked for the pick up before arrival and already paid for it also, but when I reached the airport they sent a cancellation message just when the plane had just landed. For a first time traveler in that country it was a lot of hassle to book for another transport to my Hotel.. Not the best first impression for me. And the refund will also take days.
